Join us for a nourishing, rejuvenating evening of guided meditation, Reiki & journaling. This event is open to everyone. The circle begins with a guided meditation, during which each participant will receive Reiki. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect and journal about their experiences.  Circles are held on the first Thursday of the month from  7 PM - 8 PM. Open to all. No Reiki experience is necessary. Bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing.
