I offer a unique approach with clients, pulling from various modalities to support healing, including Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Coaching, and Massage Therapy. My goal is to support adults and children on their own healing journey and to hold space for their unfolding.

 

 I have a private practice in Northern Jersey and NYC, where I see Reiki clients one on one and hold Reiki trainings.  I lead private and group meditations and teach all levels of Reiki at The World Yoga Center in NYC.

I have been fortunate enough to study with some incredible healers and teachers along the way.  Each with unique gifts that have influenced my approach with clients.  Tamar, Rudrani, Inanna, Susannah, Denise, and Vanessa, I am eternally grateful to each of you!

 

When my father passed away over 20 years ago, I felt helpless and lost.

It was a very challenging time, both emotionally and physically. It would also provide the impetus for me to discover the path that would ultimately change the course of my life.

 I set forth on an unexpected journey to heal and find peace within. This was both painful and undeniably beautiful. All the stories about who I thought I was began to shift, revealing and healing parts of me that I had long forgotten or had never even met. The more I learn, the more I listen, the more I share, the more Me I become.

Ultimately, I discovered that this work is never done.  We are embodied, therefore, we forget our true nature.  As my dear friend Heather says, "We take turns remembering and forgetting."  It's the practice and community that reminds me over and over again that I am already whole and unbroken.  This is what I hope to share with clients -  a way to their own hearts where deep healing is. A place where they can access the vast love that has always existed within.
