About the event
This level I training is a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on experience. Students will be introduced to Reiki and gain an understanding of how to utilize this powerful healing energy to enhance their own well-being as well as that of others. Level I training focuses on self-healing, but you will also learn how to give a Reiki healing session for others. Connecting to the flow of this universal energy allows one to gently release limited beliefs and strengthen their connection within. Practice time will include self-treatment, hands-on protocols, deeply nourishing guided meditations, and sharing.
