Join us for a nourishing, rejuvenating evening of guided meditation, Reiki & journaling. This event is open to everyone. The circle begins with a guided meditation, during which each participant will receive Reiki. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect and journal about their experiences. Reiki is a gentle, natural healing technique that helps to restore balance and promote healing. 

Facilitator: Jodi Holmes, Reiki MT, LMT, Certified Meditation Teacher Open to all. No Reiki experience is necessary.
